1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, reading, or interacting with the services, frequency synthesizers, remote quantum broadcasts, or laboratory consultations provided by Lovinelight Quantum Sound Lab (“Lovinelight”), you expressly consent to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease use of our digital platforms and laboratory services immediately.

The protocols, Spooky2 Rife frequency transmissions, Solfeggio soundscapes, and biofield models described by Keith Padma are experimental complementary modalities designed for bio-energetic balancing, spiritual harmony, and acoustic research.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any recognized disease, pathological infection, or mental health illness. They do not substitute for licensed allopathic medical evaluation, emergency medical intervention, or pharmaceutical care. 3. Remote Quantum Entanglement Modalities
Clients enrolling in Spooky2 Remote Mode understand that transmissions are executed via non-local scalar potential fields anchored by physical DNA samples (such as hair or nail clippings). While grounded in quantum physics hypotheses and extensive anecdotal records, remote scalar transmissions are non-linear and subjective in perception.
4. Intellectual Property & Synthesis Rights
All original writings, wave mechanics compendiums, Keith Padma's 7-body and 5-circuit models, and custom web audio synthesizer algorithms are the proprietary intellectual property of Lovinelight Quantum Sound Lab. Reproduction, commercial resale, or uncredited syndication is strictly prohibited.
5. Consultation Cancellations & Refund Policy
Individual live consultations and biofeedback diagnostic sessions scheduled with Keith Padma may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours prior notice via Tawk.to (tawk.to/keithpadma). Due to the hardware allocation and plasma generator runtime required, active multi-day remote scalar frequency runs are non-refundable once initialized.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws governing international digital service transactions and private alternative health arbitration standards.
